Walking up the Bastille

This 475m high military fort overlooks the city and offers a breathtaking view. It is accessible by foot, either by a path or by stairs. It takes about 45 minutes to walk up 285m of ascent.

30g of butter

Préparation :

Set aside the green part of the leeks to keep only the white part. Wash the whites of the leeks very carefully (by splitting them in 2 or 4) to make sure to remove the soil.

Thinly slice the leeks (if using a food processor, use the "thick slice" grid).

Melt the butter in a frying pan. Place the leeks in it and mix well. Then cover and cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, roll out the shortcrust pastry in a large pie pan. Sprinkle with grated gruyere cheese.

In a salad bowl, pour the eggs, milk, cream, salt and pepper. Beat vigorously with a whisk or electric mixer.

Finally: Pour the leeks into the mold and then the preparation. Bake the whole 35 minutes at 180°c.
