Salmon-avocado Tartare

Ingrédients :

For 4 servings:

3 fresh salmon filets

2 smoked salmon slices

1 avocado

1 shallot

Half a lemon’s juice

Dill

Ingrédients :

For 4 servings:

3 fresh salmon filets

2 smoked salmon slices

1 avocado

1 shallot

Half a lemon’s juice

Préparation :

Dice the smoked salmon and the fresh salmon. Peel and chop the shallot, and add it into the salmon mixture.

Cut the avocado in halves and remove the stone. Cut the flesh in thin slices. Pour the lemon juice on the avocado slices.

Place individual pastry circles in plates. Nicely place the avocado slices in the bottom of the molds and then cover with the shallot salmon cubes. Settle the tartars with the back of a spoon, to make sure they hold.

Keep in the fridge until serving. Unmold and garnish with dill sprigs.
