Crepes

Ingrédients :

300g of flour

3 eggs

3 spoons of sugar

2 spoons of oil

50g of melted butter

60 cl of milk

5 cl of rhum (optional)

300g of flour

3 eggs

3 spoons of sugar

2 spoons of oil

50g of melted butter

60 cl of milk

5 cl of rhum (optional)

Préparation :

Put the flour in a bowl and form a well.

Put the eggs, sugar, oil and butter in it.

Mix delicately with a whisk, adding the milk as you go along. The dough thus obtained must have a slightly thick liquid consistency.

Flavor with rum.

Heat a non-sticky frying pan and oil it very lightly. Pour a ladle of paste into it, spread it in the pan and wait until it is cooked on one side before turning it over. Cook all the crepes over a low heat.
